Impact on our current activities
The current Covid-19 situation means that we are running our programmes differently at the moment.
Positive Minds is offering our service in three different ways – via the phone, face to face with appropriate social distancing, and a new 1:1 ‘Walk and Talk’ session for people who are struggling with post-lockdown anxiety or feeling overwhelmed with getting out and about. We currently have a waiting list but do call Helen or Judy to have a chat with us about your current needs and what we can offer you.
The Hive will re-open toward the end of 2020 as a new community activity hub.
Free Cooked Dinners
We can’t run our regular cooking classes at the moment so have decided to cook for the community instead. We’re making delicious home-cooked frozen food and delivering it to your doorstep for free.
Different menu options available. Open to BS13 residents.

Can you help fund our food response?
Our heart of BS13 community kitchen is responding to the Covid-19 pandemic in the best way we know how. We’re working in partnership with schools, organisations and community workers from BS13 to offer cooked meals to people who need them. We know that there are many, many people already living in a financially precarious or personally vulnerable situation in the area and we’re here for them.
We are cooking and distributing hundreds of meals a week and we hope that you will donate to this vital work. You can find out more about what we are doing here.
We’re writing a regular blog to update you on our cooking for Covid-19 work.
