Closed Loop Compost Lead
I joined the Heart of BS13 June 2021, working as part of the team at the Kitchen Garden Enterprise. With a background as a professional baker and restaurant owner, I am passionate about high-quality food and growing the best possible produce. I am particularly interested in the role that local, small scale food production can play in building healthy, sustainable and resilient communities. Joining the Heart of BS13 team at this time is really exciting, there is so much important work being done and it is a great opportunity to be part of it.
